PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaned degree checking apparatus and a cleaned degree checking method that can accurately check the cleaned degrees of cleanable objects.SOLUTION: A cleaned degree checking apparatus 1 for checking the cleaned degree of a cleanable object O with cleaning liquid W comprises an electro-conductivity meter for measuring the electro-conductivity of supplied water W1, another electro-conductivity meter for measuring the electro-conductivity of discharged water W2, and a cleaned degree checking unit for checking the cleaned degree of the cleanable object O by using the electro-conductivity measured by the former electro-conductivity meter and the electro-conductivity measured by the latter electro-conductivity meter. 【課題】洗浄対象物の洗浄度を精度良く検査することができる洗浄度検査装置、及び洗浄度検査方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】洗浄液Ｗによる洗浄対象物Ｏの洗浄度を検査するための洗浄度検査装置１であって、給水Ｗ１の導電率を測定する導電率計と、排水Ｗ２の導電率を測定する導電率計と、前者の導電率計で測定された導電率と後者の導電率計で測定された導電率とを用いて、洗浄対象物Ｏの洗浄度を検査する洗浄度検査部と、を備えた洗浄度検査装置１である。【選択図】図１
