Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a desired fuel spray by making jet flows collide with each other at a desired position to promote atomization of jet flows without being affected by an injection flow rate and a pressure change, and improving stability of an injection direction.SOLUTION: In a nozzle body 1 having a sack chamber 12 arranged in the downstream of a fuel flow path 11, a needle valve 2 to be seated on a seat surface 13 in the upstream of the sack chamber 12. Fuel is injected from at least one injection hole 3 formed penetrating a chamber wall 14 of the sack chamber 12 when the chamber 12 is opened. The injection hole 3 has a main injection hole part 31 opened on the inner and outer surfaces of the sack chamber 12 for guiding the fuel in a penetrating direction, and a sub injection hole part 32 whose one end is opened on the inner surface of the sack chamber 12 and whose other end is connected to the main injection hole part 31 inside the chamber wall 14 to make the fuel join together. The sub injection hole part 32 is opened to a tapered part 34 provided on the downstream side of the main injection hole part 31 for atomizing fuel flows by the collision while rectifying the fuel flow along the tapered part 34 to stabilize an injection direction.
【課題】噴射流量や圧力変化の影響を受けることなく、所望の位置で噴流を衝突させて微粒化を促進し、噴射方向の安定性を向上させて、所望の燃料噴霧を形成する。【解決手段】燃料流路11の下流にサック室12を設けたノズルボディ1に、サック室12上流のシート面13に着座するニードル弁2を収容し、サック室12の開放時にその室壁14を貫通して形成される少なくとも1つの噴孔3から燃料を噴射する。噴孔3は、サック室12の内外表面に開口し、貫通方向に燃料を導く主噴孔部31と、サック室12の内表面に一端が開口し、他端が室壁14内部で主噴孔部31に接続して、燃料を合流させる副噴孔部32を有する。副噴孔部32は、主噴孔部31の下流側に設けたテーパ形状部34に開口し、燃料流を衝突により微粒化する一方、テーパ形状部34に沿って整流して噴射方向を安定化する。【選択図】図1 |
