Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive adhesive tape which can exhibit stable conductivity (electrical conduction property) with a low resistance value even in use for the long term or under severe environmental conditions.SOLUTION: A conductive adhesive tape comprises an adhesive layer with conductive particles dispersed therein, wherein a particle diameter d(μm) of the conductive particle is 12.5 μm or more and 100 μm or less, and the ratio t/dbetween the particle diameter d(μm) of the conductive particle and a thickness t(μm) of the adhesive layer is 0.2 or more and 4.0 or less.
【課題】長期間にわたる使用や過酷な環境条件下での使用においても、低抵抗値で安定した導電性(電気伝導性)を発揮できる導電性粘着テープの提供。【解決手段】本発明の導電性粘着テープは、導電性粒子が分散されている粘着剤層を有する導電性粘着テープであって、前記導電性粒子の粒径d50(μm)が、12.5μm以上100μm以下であり、前記導電性粒子の粒径d50(μm)と前記粘着剤層の厚みt(μm)との割合t/d50が、0.2以上4.0以下である。【選択図】図1 |
