Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently supply powder materials and discharge binder liquids to the powder materials to form and stack layers of the powder materials in a shortest possible amount of time when manufacturing a three-dimensionally shaped article.SOLUTION: A three-dimensionally shaping apparatus has a shaping unit 4 comprising: a table 2; powder material supply devices 6 and 7; and binder liquid supply devices 8 and 9. The powder material supply devices 6, 7 of the shaping unit 4 are adapted to be movable in one direction when brought close to the table 2, and capable of supplying a powder material 5 to the table 2 at a predetermined supply width while moving. The binder liquid supply devices 8, 9 are adapted to be movable in the same direction as the powder material supply devices 6, 7 when brought close to the table 2, and capable of discharging a binder liquid to the table 2 at the same supply width as that of the powder material 5 of the powder material supply devices 6, 7 at the maximum, and capable of discharging the binder liquid to the powder material 5 while moving to follow the movement of the powder material supply devices 6, 7. 【課題】三次元造形物を製造するに際して、粉体材料の供給と、粉体材料へのバインダ液の吐出とを効率的に行って、できるだけ短時間で粉体材料の層の形成及び積層を行う。【解決手段】テーブル2と、粉体材料供給装置6,7、及びバインダ液供給装置8,9とを備えた造形ユニット4とを有し、該造形ユニット4の粉体材料供給装置6,7は、前記テーブル2に近接した状態で一方向に移動自在に形成され、移動しながら前記粉体材料5を所定の供給幅でテーブル2に供給自在であり、前記バインダ液供給装置8,9は、前記テーブル2に近接した状態で前記粉体材料供給装置6,7と同じ方向に移動自在に形成され、前記バインダ液を、最大で前記粉体材料供給装置6,7の粉体材料5の供給幅と同じ吐出幅でテーブル2に吐出可能に構成されていて、該粉体材料供給装置6,7の移動に追随して移動しながら前記バインダ液を粉体材料5に吐出自在である構成とする。【選択図】図1
