Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus capable of reducing burden on an operator in setting of a photography condition to an esophagus region of an analyte.SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic apparatus 1 includes: an X-ray detection part 7 which detects an X-ray generated by an X-ray generation part 3 and transmitted through an analyte; an irradiation range limiting device 5 which limits the irradiation range of the X-ray; a rotation support mechanism 11 which supports the X-ray generation part 3, the irradiation range limiting device 5, the X-ray detection part 7 and a top board 14 rotatably around a rotation axis parallel to the short axis of the top board 14; an imaging method switching part 19 which executes switching from the imaging method of a stomach region to the imaging method of an esophagus region on the basis of at least one of the magnitude of the irradiation range, the imaging mode and the inspection name, and a rotation angle of the top board 14 around the rotation axis; a condition determination part 21 which determines the imaging condition corresponding to the switched imaging method; and a control part 23 which controls the X-ray generation part 3 and the irradiation range limiting device 5 for imaging the analyte in accordance with the imaging condition. 【課題】被検体の食道領域に対する撮影条件の設定において、操作者の負担を軽減可能なX線診断装置の提供。【解決手段】本実施形態に係るX線診断装置1は、X線発生部3により発生され被検体を透過したX線を検出するX線検出部7と、X線の照射範囲を限定する照射範囲限定器5と、X線発生部3と照射範囲限定器5とX線検出部7と天板14とを、天板14の短軸に平行な回転軸周りに回転可能に支持する回転支持機構11と、照射範囲の大きさと撮影モードと検査名称とのうち少なくとも一つと、回転軸周りにおける天板14の回転角度とに基づいて、胃領域の撮影方法から食道領域の撮影方法への切り替えを実行する撮影方法切り替え部19と、切り替えられた撮影方法に対応する撮影条件を決定する条件決定部21と、撮影条件に従って被検体を撮影するために、X線発生部3と照射範囲限定器5とを制御する制御部23と、を具備することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
