Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous secondary battery in which exfoliation of constituent materials or peeling of a mixture layer is suppressed effectively, when a collector terminal is connected to a collection part by a welding method, and to provide such a secondary battery with high productivity at a lower cost.SOLUTION: A nonaqueous secondary battery having a laminate structure of power generation elements including an electrode is provided. The electrode includes an electrode current collector, and an electrode mixture material layer provided at a part of the electrode current collector. The electrode current collector includes a collector not provided with the electrode mixture material layer of the electrode current collector, and the collector includes a weld zone welded to the collector of other electrode current collector adjacent in the lamination direction. The collector is provided with a vibration buffer member between the weld zone and the electrode mixture material layer.
【課題】 溶接法により集電部に集電端子を接続する場合であっても、合材層の構成材料の脱落や合材層の剥離が効果的に抑制された非水電解二次電池を提供すること。また、かかる二次電池を生産性良く、より低コストで製造し得る方法を提供すること。【解決手段】 電極を含む発電要素が積層された積層構造を有する非水電解質二次電池が提供される。ここで、電極は、電極集電体と、この電極集電体の一部に備えられた電極合材層とを含み、電極集電体は、この電極集電体の電極合材層が備えられていない集電部を含み、集電部は、積層方向に隣り合う他の電極集電体の集電部と溶接された溶接部を含んでいる。そして、集電部には、溶接部と電極合材層との間に振動緩衝部材が設けられている。【選択図】図5 |
