Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic inspection device capable of precisely and easily performing inspection for internal defect, void or peel-off on an inspection object the interior of which is two-dimensionally displayed.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic inspection device includes: an ultrasonic transducer 2 that irradiates an ultrasonic to an inspection object 3 to obtain an echo signal; a region definition section 16 that defines a marked area R in the inspection object 3; a rotation mechanism that rotates either one of the inspection object 3 and the ultrasonic transducer 2; and a two-dimensional imaging section 21 that creates an image of a plane in which a defect image area is the maximum in the arbitrary cross-sections perpendicular to a set axis of an image of a defect 4 which is recognized by the echo signal from the marked area R. 【課題】二次元化して内部表示される検査対象において、内部欠陥やボイド、剥離の検査を高精度かつ容易に実施できる超音波検査用装置を提供する。【解決手段】超音波検査用装置において、検査対象3に超音波を照射してエコー信号を得る超音波トランスデューサ2と、検査対象3の内部における注目領域Rを定義する領域定義部16と、検査対象3及び超音波トランスデューサ2のうちいずれか一方を回転させる回転機構と、注目領域Rからの前記エコー信号により認定される欠陥4の像について設定軸と直交する任意断面のうち欠陥像面積が最大になる面を画像化する二次元画像化部21と、を備える。【選択図】 図1
