The inside of the oil-water separation pit 1 is partitioned into a plurality of tanks 11 to 13 from the upstream to the downstream by separation walls 20 each having a communication port 30, and a drain outlet 60 for overflow prevention is disposed in an inflow tank 11, which is the most upstream tank, at a position higher than that of a normal drain outlet 50 disposed in the drain tank 13, which is the most downstream tank. Thus, rain water or the like exceeding the predetermined water level of the inflow tank 11 among rain water or the like flowing from the upstream drain ditch 2 to the inflow tank 11 is not treated by the oil-water separation pit 1, but drained from the drain outlet 60 for overflow prevention via a relay groove 4 to the downstream drain ditch 3. 【課題】溢水を効果的に防止できる油水分離桝を提供する。【解決手段】油水分離桝1が、上流側の排水溝2を流れる雨水等から油分および土砂等を分離、除去し、処理後の雨水等を下流側の排水溝3へ排水する。この油水分離桝1の内部は、連通口30を有する仕切壁20により、上流から下流に向けて複数の槽11〜13に仕切られており、最上流側の槽である流入槽11には、溢水防止用排水口60が、最下流側の槽である排水槽13に設けられた常用排水口50よりも高い位置に設けられている。このため、上流側の排水溝2から流入槽11へ流入する雨水等のうち、流入槽11の所定水位を超える雨水等については、油水分離桝1で処理されることなく、溢水防止用排水口60から中継溝4を介して下流側の排水溝3へ排水される。【選択図】図1
