Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation analysis method of components in a sample, capable of obtaining highly accurate measurement results separable even between the components having movements close to each other.SOLUTION: The separation analysis method of components in a sample uses state changes of the components included in the sample. The state changes of the components are preferably three-dimensional state changes. The step of heating the sample is preferably included, and the heating temperature is preferably 30-80°C. A capillary electrophoresis is preferably used in the separation analysis method. The sample preferably includes a plurality of components. 【課題】試料中の成分の分離分析において、移動度が近接する成分間でも分離が可能であり、高精度な測定結果を得ることのできる分離分析方法を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明は、試料中に含まれる成分の状態変化を利用する、前記試料中の成分の分離分析方法である。前記成分の状態変化は、3次元的な状態変化であることが好ましい。また、前記試料を加温する工程を含むことが好ましく、前記加温の温度は、30℃〜80℃であることが好ましい。また、本発明の分離分析方法では、キャピラリー電気泳動法を用いることが好ましい。また、前記試料は、複数の成分を含むことが好ましい。【選択図】図8
