Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carburizing device capable of performing a high-temperature rapid carburization treatment by producing safely and stably gas for carburization containing a high concentration of carbon monoxide, while suppressing generation of soot.SOLUTION: In a production method of atmospheric gas for carburization, which is a method for producing the atmospheric gas for carburization containing carbon monoxide and hydrogen used for a carburization treatment by a combustion reaction of hydrocarbon gas and combustion supporting gas, hydrocarbon gas and oxygen gas are introduced into a combustion chamber, while forming a swirling flow, and the hydrocarbon and oxygen are burned as a swirling flow flame in the combustion chamber, to thereby produce mixed gas containing carbon monoxide and hydrogen used as the gas for carburization.
【課題】煤の発生を抑制しつつ、一酸化炭素を高濃度に含む浸炭用ガスを安全且つ安定して生成して、高温迅速浸炭処理が可能な浸炭装置を提供する。【解決手段】炭化水素ガスと支燃性ガスとの燃焼反応によって、浸炭処理に用いる一酸化炭素と水素とを含む浸炭用雰囲気ガスを生成する方法であって、燃焼室に炭化水素ガスと酸素ガスとを旋回流を形成させながら導入し、前記燃焼室内において、炭化水素と酸素とを旋回流火炎として燃焼させて、浸炭用ガスとなる一酸化炭素と水素とを含む混合ガスを生成することを特徴とする浸炭用雰囲気ガスの生成方法を採用する。【選択図】図1 |
