Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in order to manage local power consumption, conventionally, power in an entire area is managed by using power consumption from a measuring instrument installed in each building (measurement unit) within the area, but in the case where the measuring instruments are not installed in partial buildings or any failure occurs in the measuring instrument, entire management cannot be performed.SOLUTION: In order to estimate power consumption of an entire area, regarding a "building" from which power consumption data cannot be acquired, a building of which the attribute is similar to that of the building and from which power consumption data can be acquired is identified, and the "building" from which the power consumption data cannot be acquired is estimated from the power consumption data of the identified building. In such a case, the "building" becomes a unit for calculating and managing power consumption data and is a concept including a facility, a structure and any other object. 【課題】従来、地域の消費電力を管理するためには、当該地域の各建物(計測単位)に設置された計測機器からの消費電力を用いて、地域全体の電力を管理していた。しかし、一部の建物に、計測機器が設置されていなかったり、計測機器に故障等があった場合、全体の管理ができなかった。【解決手段】上記の課題を解決するために、本発明では、以下の構成を採用する。つまり、地域全体の電力消費を推定するために、電力消費データを取得できない「建物」について、当該建物とその属性が類似し、電力消費データの取得が可能な建物を特定し、特定された建物の電力消費データから電力消費データを取得できない「建物」を推定するものである。なお、ここで、「建物」とは、電力賞データを算出、管理する単位となるものであり、施設、構造物、他の物体も含まれる概念である。【選択図】 図2
