Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical receiving module capable of stabilizing GND potential and expanding a bandwidth for an amplifier circuit.SOLUTION: An optical receiving module includes: a carrier; a light-receiving element fixed to an upper face of the carrier and having a light-receiving part, an anode terminal and a cathode terminal, for performing photo-electric conversion of an optical signal; an amplifier circuit fixed to the upper face of the carrier, having a first side and having an input terminal and a GND terminal formed along the first side; a first wire connecting the anode terminal with the input terminal; a mixed component fixed to the upper face of the carrier, and in which a metal part in contact with the carrier is integrated with a resistance part; a second wire connecting the cathode terminal with one end of the resistance part; a third wire connecting the GND terminal with an upper face of the metal part; a capacitor having a front-face electrode and a rear-face electrode, and in which the rear-face electrode is fixed to the carrier; and a fourth wire connecting the front-face electrode with the other end of the resistance part. 【課題】本発明は、増幅回路のGND電位を安定させ、かつ帯域を拡大できる光受信モジュールを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】キャリアと、該キャリアの上面に固定され、受光部、アノード端子、及びカソード端子を有し、光信号を光電変換する受光素子と、該キャリアの上面に固定され、第1側辺を有し、該第1側辺に沿って形成された入力端子とGND端子を有する増幅回路と、該アノード端子と該入力端子を接続する第1ワイヤと、該キャリアの上面に固定され、該キャリアに接する金属部分と、抵抗部分とが一体化した混載部品と、該カソード端子と該抵抗部分の一端とを接続する第2ワイヤと、該GND端子と該金属部分の上面を接続する第3ワイヤと、表面電極と裏面電極を有し、該裏面電極が該キャリアに固定されたキャパシタと、該表面電極と該抵抗部分の他端とを接続する第4ワイヤと、を備える。【選択図】図1
