PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden of a user such as a person to be cared when the user moves to a toilet, a washroom, or a bathroom.SOLUTION: A dwelling 10 has a bedroom 14, a toilet 15, a washroom 16, and a bathroom 17. Between the bedroom 14 and the bathroom 17, the toilet 15 and the washroom 16 are arranged in a line in such a manner that one of them is located on the bedroom 14 side and the other is located on the bathroom 17 side. Openings 42, 45, 47 allowing a user to pass through are respectively provided in partition sections each of which is prepared between adjacent rooms of the bedroom 14, the toilet 15, the washroom 16, and the bathroom 17. Opening/closing bodies 43, 46, 48 are provided in the openings respectively. 【課題】要介護者等のユーザがトイレや洗面室、浴室に移動する際の負担軽減を図る。【解決手段】住宅１０は、寝室１４、トイレ１５、洗面室１６、及び浴室１７を有する。寝室１４と浴室１７との間には、トイレ１５と洗面室１６とが、そのうち一方が寝室１４側、他方が浴室１７側になるようにして一列に配置されている。また、これら寝室１４、トイレ１５、洗面室１６及び浴室１７において隣り合う部屋同士の間の間仕切部には、ユーザの行き来を可能とする開口部４２，４５，４７が設けられており、各開口部に、それぞれ開閉体４３，４６，４８が設けられている。【選択図】 図１
