PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal capable of effectively restraining power consumption by automatically reducing communication means in working condition.SOLUTION: A mobile communication terminal comprises: a conversion table 202 for holding power consumption conversion information indicating correspondence relation between a reception level and power consumption per communication means; reception level measuring means for measuring a current reception level per communication means; a communication state determination unit 203 for obtaining power consumption corresponding to the measured reception level on the basis of the conversion table 202; a non-operation selection unit 207 for selecting communication means to be stopped as non-operation communication means from communication means on the basis of the power consumption obtained by the communication state determination unit 203; and a power supply control unit 209 for blocking power supply to the non-operation communication means. 【課題】 稼動中の通信手段を自動的に絞り込んで消費電力を効果的に抑制することができる携帯通信端末を提供する。【解決手段】 通信手段ごとに受信レベル及び消費電力の対応関係を示す消費電力変換情報を保持する変換テーブル２０２と、通信手段ごとに現在の受信レベルを計測する受信レベル計測手段と、変換テーブル２０２に基づいて、計測された受信レベルに対応する消費電力を求める通信状態判定部２０３と、通信状態判定部２０３により求められた消費電力に基づいて、通信手段の中から停止させる通信手段を非稼動通信手段として選択する非稼動選択部２０７と、非稼動通信手段への電力供給を遮断する電源制御部２０９とを備えて構成される。【選択図】 図５
