Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure switch operation of which is stable, regardless of the type of fluid/refrigerant to be detected.SOLUTION: A pressure switch 1 has a pressure actuation chamber 30 communicating with a pressure fluid introduction pipe 10 attached to a lid member 20, and the displacement of a pressure detector 100 operating by the pressure in the pressure actuation chamber 30 opens and closes an electric switch 80 via an actuation rod 70. The pressure detector 100 is constituted of a metal bellows 110 and a reverse plate 120, and the opening end of the metal bellows 110 is held between the lid member 20 and the pipe member 10, and fixed by brazing means W. Consequently, operation stability or reliability as a pressure switch is enhanced.
【課題】検出する流体・冷媒の種類を問わず作動の安定した圧力スイッチを提供する。【解決手段】圧力スイッチ1は蓋部材20にとりつけられる圧力流体導入管10に連通する圧力作動室30を有し、圧力作動室30内の圧力により作動する圧力検知装置100の変位は、作動棒70を介して電気スイッチ80を開閉する。圧力検知装置100は、金属ベローズ110と反転板120により構成され、金属ベローズ110の開口端部は蓋部材20と配管部材10の間に挟み込まれてロー付け手段W2により固着される。これにより圧力スイッチとしての作動安定性や信頼性が向上する。【選択図】図1 |
