Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to measure protein in a biological material which, for example, has sufficient sensitivity to measure the amount of AVP in blood, and which is capable of measuring AVP and dDAVP distinguishably from each other.SOLUTION: A method to measure protein includes steps of: (i) separating protein contained in a biological material by liquid chromatography using a mobile phase containing an acetic acid and a methanol; and (ii) analyzing the protein separated in the previous step by a mass spectrometer. 【課題】生体試料中の蛋白質を測定する方法、例えば、血中に存在するＡＶＰの量を測定するのに十分な感度を有し、かつ、ＡＶＰとｄＤＡＶＰを互いに区別して測定することを可能とする蛋白質の測定方法、を提供する【解決手段】（ｉ）酢酸およびメタノールを含有する移動相を用いた液体クロマトグラフィーにより生体試料に含まれる蛋白質を分離する工程、および（ｉｉ）前記工程で分離された蛋白質を質量分析計で分析する工程、を含む方法により蛋白質を測定する。【選択図】図２
