Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach/detach a side face cover without damaging an upper surface cover, to improve workability, and to suppress cost without increasing in size of an actuator.SOLUTION: The actuator including a long screw shaft in which a first spiral rolling element rolling groove is formed on an outer periphery, an inner block in which a screw hole for penetrating the screw shaft is formed and having a second rolling element rolling groove formed on the outer periphery in parallel with the screw shaft, an outer rail 80 opposed to the second rolling element rolling groove, and a plurality of rolling elements further includes: a side face cover 40 spread between a pair of end part members 31 installed on both end parts of the screw shaft; and an upper surface cover arranged so as to close an aperture formed in the side face cover and opened in parallel with the screw shaft. The side face cover includes an upper plate 41 formed in parallel with the upper surface cover and a side plate 42 suspended from one end of the upper plate, and the end part member has posture holding means brought into contact with corner portions of the upper plate and the side plate.
【課題】上面カバーを損傷することなく、容易に側面カバーを着脱することができ、作業性を向上させるとともに、アクチュエータを大型化することなくコスト抑制を図る。【解決手段】螺旋状の第1の転動体転走溝が外周に形成された長尺のねじ軸と、ねじ軸が貫通するねじ孔が形成されると共に、外周にねじ軸と平行に形成された第2の転動体転走溝を有するインナーブロックと、第2の転動体転走溝と対向するアウターレール80と、複数の転動体とを有するアクチュエータにおいて、ねじ軸の両端部に設置される一対の端部部材31の間にかけ渡される側面カバー40と、側面カバー間に形成されると共にねじ軸と平行に開口した開口部を閉塞するように配置される上面カバーとを備え、側面カバーは、上面カバーと平行に形成される上板41と、上板の一端から垂下する側板42とを備え、端部部材は、上板と側板のコーナー部に接触する姿勢保持手段を有する。【選択図】図3 |
