Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning jig which has a simple structure and is used for various industrial apparatuses, and to provide a cleaning method.SOLUTION: A cleaning jig 2 of the invention includes: a cylindrical member 22 that is provided with a through opening 24 and has a cylindrical shape; a bar-like member 21 which protrudes from a tip of the cylindrical member and is fitted into the opening so as to move in an axial direction of the cylindrical member through an internal space; and a flange part 23 which is provided at a tip part 25 of the bar-like member protruding in an outer diameter direction of the bar-like member, the flange part 23 with which the tip of the cylindrical member comes in contact. In a cleaning method of the invention, an impact caused when the cylindrical member contacts with the flange part is transmitted to a tip of the bar-like member to crush and remove deposits with which the tip part contacts. 【課題】簡易な構成で、種々の工業用装置にも用いることができる清掃治具及び清掃方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の清掃治具2は、貫通した開口24が設けられた筒状である筒状部材22と、筒状部材の先端から突出すると共に、開口内に、その内部空間を介して筒状部材の軸方向に移動可能に嵌入される棒状部材21と、棒状部材の先端部25に棒状部材の外径方向に突出して設けられ、筒状部材の先端が当接するフランジ部23とを備える。本発明の清掃方法は、筒状部材とフランジ部の当接時の衝撃を棒状部材の先端に伝達させて、前記先端部が接触する付着物を粉砕し除去する。【選択図】図4
