Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stent indwelling apparatus preventing crush of a lumen of a pliable tube stent in an indwelling process of the tube stent and easily passing a sharply curved portion with large curvature.SOLUTION: A guide catheter 2 of a stent indwelling apparatus 1 includes: a core part 3 that is longer than the whole axial length of a tube stent 100 and has flexibility; an outer layer part 6 that has a tubular shape enclosing the outer periphery of the core part 3 and is fixed to the core part 3; a stent protection part 8 that is disposed between the core part 3 and the outer layer part 6, is longer than the whole axial length of the tube stent 100, when being viewed from the longitudinal axis O1, has an annular shape with a longitudinal axis O1 defined as a center, has rigidity against radially inward compression orthogonally to the longitudinal axis O1 and pliableness in the bending direction of the longitudinal axis O1; and a protrusion 7 that allows extension of the stent protection part 8 in the direction of the longitudinal axis O1 and serves as a stopper to regulate movement of the stent protection part 8 with respect to the core part 3 in the direction of the longitudinal axis O1.
【課題】柔軟なチューブステントの内腔がチューブステントの留置過程において潰れず、且つ曲率が大きく曲げがきつい部分を通過させやすいステント留置装置を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明のステント留置装置1において、ガイドカテーテル2は、チューブステント100の軸方向の全長よりも長く可撓性を有する芯部3と、芯部3の外周を囲うチューブ形状であり芯部3に固定された外層部6と、芯部3と外層部6との間に配されチューブステント100の軸方向の全長よりも長く、長手軸O1方向から見たときに長手軸O1を中心とする環状をなし長手軸O1に直交する径方向内側への圧縮に抗する剛性を有し且つ長手軸O1が湾曲する方向への柔軟性を有するステント保護部8と、長手軸O1方向へのステント保護部8の伸長を許容し且つ芯部3に対する長手軸O1方向へのステント保護部8の移動を規制するストッパとなる突起7と、を有する。【選択図】図1 |
