Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inducing differentiation of a stem cell into an intestinal structure efficiently and stably without using a humoral factor.SOLUTION: A method for fabricating an intestinal structure from an embryonic stem cell and/or an artificial pluripotent stem cell includes: a process of preparing a cell culture base material including a base material, a plurality of isolated cell adhesion regions formed on the base material, and a cell non-adhesion region surrounding each cell adhesion region; a process of inoculating the embryonic stem cell and/or the artificial pluripotent stem cell on the cell culture base material; and a process of culturing the inoculated embryonic stem cell and/or artificial pluripotent stem cell in culture medium, in which the cell non-adhesion region on the cell culture base material is formed by immobilizing polyethylene glycol on the base material, the cell adhesion region is formed by oxidizing and/or decomposing at least a part of polyethylene glycol immobilized on the base material, and an area of each cell adhesion region is larger than 0.785 mm. 【課題】本発明は、効率良くかつ安定的に、液性因子を用いることなく、腸構造体を分化誘導するための手法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明は、胚性幹細胞及び/又は人工多能性幹細胞から腸構造体を作製する方法であって、基材と、基材上に形成された複数の隔離された細胞接着領域及び各細胞接着領域を囲む細胞非接着領域とを備える細胞培養基材を準備する工程、胚性幹細胞及び/又は人工多能性幹細胞を、細胞培養基材に対し播種する工程、及び播種した胚性幹細胞及び/又は人工多能性幹細胞を培地中で培養する工程、を含み、細胞培養基材の細胞非接着領域が、ポリエチレングリコールが基材上に固定化されて形成されたものであり、細胞接着領域が基材上に固定化されたポリエチレングリコールの少なくとも一部が酸化及び/又は分解されて形成されたものであり、各細胞接着領域の面積が0.785mm2より大きい、前記方法に関する。【選択図】図1
