Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a binder resin for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery electrode which can be supplied with stable quality, and by which a slurry composition for an electrode to achieve the good dispersibility of a conductive assistant without sacrificing the battery performance can be obtained; a slurry composition for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery electrode; an electrode for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery; and a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery.SOLUTION: A binder resin for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery electrode is used for a slurry composition for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery electrode including a binder resin, an active material, a conductive assistant and a solvent, as the binder resin. The binder resin is chemically synthesized by using a low-molecular-weight compound as a raw material. The binder resin is dissolved in the solvent to prepare a binder resin solution having a concentration of 3 mass%. A slurry composition for estimation prepared by mixing 10 g of the binder resin solution with 0.5 g of the conductive assistant satisfies the following expressions (a) and (b): Expression (a), 50 msec≤T2-mid≤250 msec; and Expression (b), 10%≤F-mid≤30%.
【課題】安定品質で供給可能であり、電池性能を損なうことなく導電助剤の分散性が良好な電極用スラリー組成物が得られる非水電解質二次電池電極用バインダ樹脂、非水電解質二次電池電極用スラリー組成物、非水電解質二次電池用電極、非水電解質二次電池の提供。【解決手段】本発明の非水電解質二次電池電極用バインダ樹脂は、バインダ樹脂、活物質、導電助剤および溶媒を含有する非水電解質二次電池電極用スラリー組成物に、前記バインダ樹脂として用いられ、低分子化合物を原料として化学的に合成されたものであり、かつ、前記溶媒に溶解して濃度を3質量%としたバインダ樹脂溶液10gと、前記導電助剤0.5gとを混合した評価用スラリー組成物が、式(a):50msec T2−mid 250msec、および式(b):10% F−mid 30%を満足する。【選択図】なし |
