Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a setting operation when changing an observation mode and facilitate stabilization of the balance of a whole device.SOLUTION: A light dividing device 1 includes: a visual field diaphragm 9 for allowing an observation light from the outside to pass therethrough; a collimator lens 3 for receiving the observation light and converting and outputting the same into and in a parallel light; a dichroic mirror 5a arranged on an optical axis L, allowing the parallel light to pass therethrough, and outputting the same as a first split-light, and reflecting the parallel light so as to be outputted as a second split-light; a mirror 6a for reflecting the second split-light; an imaging lens 4 arranged on the optical axis L, imaging the first split-light outputted from the dichroic mirror 5a, and imaging the second split-light outputted via the mirror 6a from the dichroic mirror 5a; and an imaging lens-moving mechanism 8 for making the imaging lens 4 to move in a direction intersecting with the optical axis L. 【課題】観察モードの変更の際の設定操作を容易にするとともに、装置全体のバランスの安定化を容易にすること。【解決手段】光分割光学装置1は、外部からの観察光を通過させるための視野絞り9と、観察光を受けて平行光に変換して出力するコリメータレンズ3と、コリメータレンズ3の光軸L1上に配置されて、平行光を透過させて第1の分割光として出力すると共に、平行光を反射させて第2の分割光として出力するダイクロイックミラー5aと、第2の分割光を反射するミラー6aと、光軸L1上に配置されて、ダイクロイックミラー5aから出力された第1の分割光を結像すると共に、ダイクロイックミラー5aからミラー6aを経由して出力された第2の分割光を結像する結像レンズ4と、結像レンズ4を光軸L1に交差する方向に移動させる結像レンズ移動機構8とを備える。【選択図】図1
