Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinhole inspection device capable of simply performing a pinhole inspection of a flexible package in which solid and liquid are separately encapsulated.SOLUTION: A pinhole inspection device 10 comprises: conveyance means 20 for conveying a length direction of a division part 4 of a flexible package 1 consisting of a first encapsulation part 5 in which solid is encapsulated, a second encapsulation part 6 in which liquid having conductivity and gas to be mixed in encapsulation of the liquid is encapsulated, and the division part 4 which divides the first and second encapsulation parts along a conveyance direction; and inspection means 60 for applying voltage to the second encapsulation part 6 which is conveyed on the conveyance means 20 to inspect presence/absence of a pinhole, in which the conveyance means has: a first conveyance part 30 which conveys the first encapsulation part while adsorbing it; and a second conveyance part 40 which conveys an end side of the second encapsulation part by being inclined around an axis of the conveyance direction by using the division part as a base point at a state that the first encapsulation part is adsorbed by the first conveyance part 30, and the inspection means is provided on the second conveyance part 40.
【課題】固体と液体を別々に封入した可撓性包装体のピンホール検査を簡易に行うことができるピンホール検査装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のピンホール検査装置10は、固体を封入した第1封入部5と、導電性を有する液体と前記液体の封入時に混入する気体を封入した第2封入部6と、前記第1及び第2封入部を分割する分割部4とからなる可撓性包装体1の前記分割部4の長さ方向を搬送方向に沿って搬送する搬送手段20と、前記搬送手段20上を搬送する前記第2封入部6に電圧を印加してピンホールの有無を検査する検査手段60と、を備え、前記搬送手段は、前記第1封入部を吸着させながら搬送する第1搬送部30と、前記第1搬送部30で前記第1封入部を吸着した状態で前記分割部を基点として前記第2封入部の端部側を搬送方向の軸回りに傾斜させて搬送する第2搬送部40とを有し、前記検査手段は、前記第2搬送部40上に設けたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1 |
