Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a form mixed soil having enhanced flowability with insolubilization of pollution substances, relating to sand containing pollution substances such as heavy metals.SOLUTION: A material for preparing foam mixed soil contains an insolubilizer for insolubilization of pollution substances contained in polluted soil, and a foaming agent and an additive agent which become a base of foams mixed with the polluted soil. The insolubilizer contains polyvalent metal salts and the foaming agent is an anionic surfactant. Further the additive agent contains one or more kinds of compounds represented by the following general formulae, R3-O-(AO)p-R4 and HO-(AO)q-H (where R3 is a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, R4 is a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, AO is a mixture of one or more kinds of oxyalkylene groups having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, p is an average addition mole number of AO and the number of 1 to 5, and q is the average addition mole number of AO and the number of 2 to 40). 【課題】重金属等の汚染物質を含んだ土砂に関し、汚染物質を不溶化しつつも流動性を高めた気泡混合土を作製する。【解決手段】気泡混合土作製材料は、汚染土に含まれる汚染物質を不溶化する不溶化剤と、汚染土に混合される気泡の基となる気泡剤及び添加剤とを含む。そして、不溶化剤は多価金属塩を含むものであり、気泡剤はアニオン系界面活性剤である。さらに、添加剤は、以下の一般式で表される化合物のうち1種または2種以上を含有する。R3−O−(AO)p−R4、及び、HO−(AO)q−H(式中、R3は炭素数1〜4の炭化水素基、R4は水素原子又は炭素数1〜4の炭化水素基、AOは炭素数2〜4のオキシアルキレン基の1種又は2種以上の混合物、pはAOの平均付加モル数であって1〜5の数、qはAOの平均付加モル数であって2〜40の数である)【選択図】図2
