Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt retractor in which non-provisional locking of a drawing motion of a seat belt due to a small impact or the like can be suppressed irrespective of a tilt angle of the seat belt, and a stable motion of a lock mechanism can be assured.SOLUTION: On a top surface of a sensor lever 37, a groove part, which is configured by a rib, opens in left and right directions of a vehicle and extends in a vehicle longitudinal direction, is provided. Further, a ratchet lever 36 is provided with a protrusion which extends in the vehicle longitudinal direction from a tip of an arm part and is engaged with the groove part. Thus, during adjustment of a reclining angle and when the sensor lever 37 is displaced in linkage with movement of a ball 35 in the vehicle longitudinal direction, the protrusion 36j of the ratchet lever 36 is moved in a vehicle longitudinal direction along the top surface of the sensor lever 37 in the state such that the projection 36j is engaged with the groove part of the sensor lever 37. 【課題】シートバックの傾動角度によらず、小さな衝撃等で不用意にシートベルトの引き出し動作がロックされることが抑えられ、ロック機構の安定した動作を保証することができるシートベルトリトラクタを提供する。【解決手段】センサレバー37の上面には、リブによって構成され、車両左右方向に開口し、車両前後方向に延びる溝部が設けられる。また、ラチェットレバー36には、腕部の先端部から車両左右方向に延び、溝部と係止する突部が設けられる。これにより、リクライニング角度の調整時、及び、ボール35が車両前後方向へ移動することに連動してセンサレバー37が変位したとき、ラチェットレバー36の突部36jは、センサレバー37の溝部と係止した状態で、センサレバー37の上面に沿って車両前後方向に移動する。【選択図】図6
