PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fibrous molded body obtained by bonding a fibrous substrate layer containing a vegetable material and a fibrous epidermal layer containing a resin fiber without using an adhesive containing a volatile component.SOLUTION: There is provided a fibrous molded body 1 provided with a substrate layer 3 and an epidermal layer 5 adhered to one surface of the substrate layer, wherein the substrate layer 3 contains vegetable fibers 7 and a first binder 9 which binds the vegetable fibers 7, the epidermal layer 5 contains resin fibers 11 and a second binder 13 which binds the resin fibers 11 and the second binder 13 contains a modified thermoplastic resin. 【課題】植物性材料を含んだ繊維質の基材層と、樹脂繊維を含んだ繊維質の表皮層とを、揮発性成分を含んだ接着剤を用いることなく接着した繊維質成形体を提供する。【解決手段】基材層３とその一面に接着された表皮層５と、を備えた繊維質成形体１であって、基材層３は、植物性繊維７と、植物性繊維７を結着している第１のバインダ９と、を含み、表皮層５は、樹脂繊維１１と、樹脂繊維１１を結着している第２のバインダ１３と、を含み、第２のバインダ１３は、変性熱可塑性樹脂を含む。【選択図】図１
