Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell culturing method capable of shortening an adhesion process to microcarriers without reducing a proliferation area of cells.SOLUTION: A cell culturing method includes: a process of preparing a culture container having a housing part; a process of introducing cells, culture solution, and microcarriers with approximately the same size as the cells into the housing part; a process of bringing the cells and the microcarriers into contact with each other and making the cells adhere to a surface of the microcarriers; and a process of increasing a surface area of the microcarriers and proliferating the cells adhering to the surface of the microcarriers.
【課題】細胞の増殖面積を低下させることなく、マイクロキャリアへの接着工程を短縮することができる細胞培養方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】収容部を有する培養容器を準備する工程と、前記収容部に、細胞、培養液、及び前記細胞と略同じ大きさのマイクロキャリアを導入する工程と、前記細胞と前記マイクロキャリアとを接触させ、前記マイクロキャリアの表面に前記細胞を接着させる工程と、前記マイクロキャリアの表面積を増加させ、前記マイクロキャリアの表面に接着した前記細胞を増殖させる工程と、を含むことを特徴とする。【選択図】図2 |
