Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell separation method and the like which enables cells to be easily separated from cell solution containing aggregated cells using the same device.SOLUTION: A valve 19a is opened, while a valves 19b, 19c are closed. After a solution holding part 5 is filled with a predetermined amount of cell-containing solution, the cell-containing solution is sent to a cell separation part 7a when pressure is given to the cell-containing solution in the solution holding part 5. The cell-containing solution having sent to the cell separation part 7a is sent to a cell separation part 7b, passing through a filter 23 arranged in the cell separation part 7a. For example, cell-containing solution after separating and collecting a cell having size of 100 μm or more (aggregated cell) is retained in a solution retention part 9. When a predetermined amount of the cell-containing solution is retained in the solution retention part 9, the valve 19a is closed and the valves 19b, 19c are released. Then the cell-containing solution in the solution retention part 9 is sent out to a flow passage 21 that is connected to a cell separation part 15 by adding pressure from a releasing part 11.
【課題】 塊状細胞を含む細胞溶液から、同一の装置によって、細胞を容易に分離することが可能な細胞分離方法等を提供する。【解決手段】 弁19aを開き、弁19b、19cは閉じておく。所定量の細胞含有溶液を溶液保持部5に充填した後、溶液保持部5内の細胞含有溶液に圧力を付与すると、細胞含有溶液が細胞分離部7aに送られる。細胞分離部7aに送られた細胞含有溶液は、細胞分離部7a内に配置されたフィルター23を通過して、細胞分離部7bへ送られる。例えば100μm以上のサイズの細胞(塊状細胞)を分離回収した後の細胞含有溶液は、溶液貯留部9に貯留される。所定量の細胞含有溶液が溶液貯留部9に貯留すると、次に、弁19aを閉じ、弁19b、19cを解放する。次に、解放部11から圧力を加えることで、溶液貯留部9内の細胞含有溶液が細胞分離部15へつながる流路21へ送り出される。【選択図】図1 |
