Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reduction in an ancillary function while protecting an accumulator in an ancillary service using the accumulator.SOLUTION: An accumulator 10 is capable of charging from a power system 50 and discharging to the power system 50. A control device 20 controls charging and discharging of the accumulator 10. In response to a command from the operating agent of the power system 50, the control device 20 charges or discharges the accumulator 10 such that the SOC (state of charge) of the accumulator 10 approaches a prescribed appropriate value by the start time of the period during which charging or discharging is to be performed between the power system 50 and the accumulator 10.
【課題】蓄電池を用いたアンシラリーサービスにおいて、蓄電池を保護しつつ、アンシラリー機能の低下を抑制する。【解決手段】蓄電池10は、電力系統50から充電および電力系統50に放電することが可能である。制御装置20は、蓄電池10の充放電を制御する。制御装置20は、電力系統50の運用主体からの指示に応じて電力系統50と蓄電池10との間で充放電すべき期間の開始時刻までに、蓄電池10のSOC(State Of Charge)が所定の適正値になるよう蓄電池10を充電または放電する。【選択図】図2 |
