The light guide plate includes: a light incident part for taking the light from the LED light source into the inside of the light guide plate; a first bent part for bending first light taken in from the light incident part to the central direction of the luminaire; a second bent part for bending second light taken from the light incident part into the side surface direction of the luminaire; and a first light emitting part adjacent to the first bent part and emitting the first light. In the LED illumination device, the first bent part and the second bent part are branched from the light incident part. 【課題】LEDと導光板入光面の位置ズレを抑制し、安定した光学特性を実現するとともに、LEDに対して、導光板の片側だけでなく両側を発光させることができる光学部品を提供する。【解決手段】LED光源と導光板とを含む照明器具であり、導光板は、LED光源からの光を導光板の内部に取り込む入光部と、入光部から取り込まれた第1光を照明器具の中心の方向へ曲げる第1曲げ部と、入光部から取り込まれた第2光を前記照明器具の側面の方向へ曲げる第2曲げ部と、第1曲げ部に隣接し、第1光を放出する第1発光部と、を有し入光部から第1曲げ部と第2曲げ部とが分かれることを特徴とするLED照明装置を用いる。【選択図】図1
