Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light transmissive composition that has high light transmittance and has an excellent light diffusion function, and a method of producing the same.SOLUTION: The light transmissive composition according to the present invention has a nano hollow silica particle having a primary particle diameter equal to or more than 30nm and equal to or less than 600nm, and a void which are dispersed in a light transmissive material. A volume ratio of the nano hollow silica particle to a total volume is equal to or more than 10 volume% and less than 70 volume%, and a volume ratio of the void to the total volume is equal to or more than 5 volume% and less than 50 volume%. Further, the method of producing the light transmissive composition has: a preparation step of preparing the nano hollow silica particle having a primary particle diameter equal to or more than 30nm and equal to or less than 600nm; a fluid dispersion preparing step of preparing a silica fluid dispersion by mixing the nano hollow silica particle, the light transmissive material and a solvent; and a void formation step of removing the solvent in the silica fluid dispersion, and forming a light transmissive resin composition having the void.
【課題】高い光透過率及び優れた光拡散機能を有する光透過性組成物及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の光透過性組成物は、1次粒子径が30nm以上600nm以下のナノ中空シリカ粒子とボイドとが光透過性材料に分散されており、全体積に対する該ナノ中空シリカ粒子の体積比率は10体積%以上70体積%未満であり、全体積に対する該ボイドの体積比率は5体積%以上50体積%未満である。また、この光透過性組成物の製造方法は、1次粒子径が30nm以上600nm以下のナノ中空シリカ粒子を用意する準備工程と、該ナノ中空シリカ粒子と、光透過性材料と、溶媒とを混合してシリカ分散液とする分散液調製工程と、該シリカ分散液中の溶媒を除去してボイドを有する光透過性樹脂組成物とするボイド形成工程と、を有する。【選択図】図1 |
