Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an energy resolution in an energy spectrum.SOLUTION: When an incidence of gamma rays 13 is detected by a radiation detector 11, its detection signal is amplified and wave-shaped by a charger amplifier 16 and a bipolar waveform shaping amplifier 21, and input to an A/D converter 31 via a non-inversion amplifier 22 and an inversion amplifier 23. The A/D converter 31 subjects a peak value of the signal waveform of the non-inversion amplifier 22 and the peak value of the signal waveform of the inversion amplifier 23 to an A/D conversion, respectively, and thereby, obtains a first crest value corresponding to the peak value of the positive electrode side of the detection signal of the gamma rays 13 and a second crest value corresponding to the peak value of the negative electrode side. A digital data processing device 35 prepares an energy spectrum using a sum of the first crest value and the second crest value or using only those values having correlation between the first crest value and the second crest value. 【課題】エネルギースペクトルにおけるエネルギー分解能を向上させる。【解決手段】ガンマ線13の入射が放射線検出器11により検出されると、その検出信号は、チャージアンプ16およびバイポーラ波形整形アンプ21により増幅、波形整形され、非反転アンプ22および反転アンプ23を介してA/D変換器31へ入力される。A/D変換器31は、非反転アンプ22の信号波形のピーク値および反転アンプ22の信号波形のピーク値をそれぞれA/D変換することにより、ガンマ線13の検出信号の正極側のピーク値に対応する第1の波高値および負極側のピーク値に対応する第2の波高値を取得する。ディジタルデータ処理装置35は、第1の波高値および第2の波高値の和の値を用いて、または、第1の波高値と第2の波高値との間に比例の相関があるものだけを用いてエネルギースペクトルを作成する。【選択図】図1
