PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof device for an opening, which can improve workability in installation.SOLUTION: A waterproof device includes a sheet 10 which is installed in an outdoor side of an open/close body 4 opening and closing an opening 6 of a structure 1 and blocks the opening, a holding member 5 detachable from the sheet and attached to one side of the sheet to hold the side, and fixing means 20 fixing the holding member with respect to a columnar support member 2 positioned in an end of the opening in the width direction, with the holding member extended in the longitudinal direction of the support member.
