Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clean a tool surface of a molding tool or improve releasability between a molded article and the molding tool by using a mobile atmospheric pressure plasma processing apparatus, without removing the molding tool of a resin molding apparatus.SOLUTION: A mobile atmospheric pressure plasma processing apparatus 11 constituted separately from a resin molding apparatus 1, includes: a plasma irradiation unit 14 provided with a plasma irradiation part 13; a drive mechanism 15; a high frequency power source 16; a plurality of gas supply mechanisms 22, 23, 24; and an exhaust mechanism 18, etc. The atmospheric pressure plasma processing apparatus 11 is moved to the periphery of the resin molding apparatus 1, and the plasma irradiation unit 14 is brought close to or tightly adhered to the tool surface of a molding tool of the resin molding apparatus 1 by the drive mechanism 15. The tool surface of the molding tool is irradiated with plasma under the atmospheric pressure state by supplying gas to the plasma irradiation part 13 provided in the plasma irradiation unit 14 and applying high frequency voltage to the plasma irradiation part 13. 【課題】移動式の大気圧プラズマ処理装置を用いて、樹脂成形装置の成形型を取り外すことなく、成形型の型面をクリーニングする、又は、成形品と成形型との離型性を向上させる。【解決手段】樹脂成形装置1とは別に構成された移動式の大気圧プラズマ処理装置11において、プラズマ照射部13を設けたプラズマ照射ユニット14、駆動機構15、高周波電源16、複数のガス供給機構22、23、24、排気機構18等を備える。大気圧プラズマ処理装置11を樹脂成形装置1の周辺に移動させ、駆動機構15によってプラズマ照射ユニット14を樹脂成形装置1の成形型の型面に近接又は密着させる。プラズマ照射ユニット14内に設けたプラズマ照射部13にガスを供給して高周波電圧を印加することによって、大気圧状態でプラズマを成形型の型面に照射する。【選択図】図3
