Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crank press machine which can be controlled easily without using a large-sized servomotor.SOLUTION: A hydraulic circuit 20 for supplying a high-pressure oil to a clutch cylinder 17 of a crank press machine is provided with a first circuit 20a having a servomotor 21 (first hydraulic power source) for raising a pressure up to a full clutch pressure by which a clutch mechanism is completely connected, and a second circuit 20b having a constant torque motor 24 (second hydraulic power source) for supplying the high-pressure oil up to a constant pressure which is lower than the full clutch pressure and by which the clutch cylinder 17 can be driven.
【課題】クランクプレス機を大型のサーボモータを用いることなく、制御が容易なものとする。【解決手段】クランクプレス機のクラッチシリンダ17に高圧油を供給する油圧回路20に、クラッチ機構が完全に接続されるフルクラッチ圧まで圧力を上昇させるサーボモータ21(第1油圧源)を有する第1回路20aと、フルクラッチ圧よりも低くクラッチシリンダ17を駆動可能な一定圧力まで高圧油を供給する定トルク電動機24(第2油圧源)を有する第2回路20bとを設ける。【選択図】図1 |
