PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water pump pulley unit excellent in durability and capable of lowering a production cost while saving the weight by using a resin pulley.SOLUTION: A water pump pulley unit 1 is an outer ring rotary type unit comprising: a main bearing 2 having an inner ring 3 and an outer ring 4; a pulley 6 made of resin fixed on the side of the outer ring 4; and a connection member 7 for connecting the outer ring 4 and a revolving shaft 8, in which the power received by the pulley 6 is transmitted through the connecting member 7 to the side of the revolving shaft 8. The connection member 7 is fixed on the external diameter of the outer ring 4 between the outer ring 4 and the pulley 6, and the pulley 6 is fixed on the side of the outer ring 4 through the connection member 7 and is molded integrally with the connection member 7 by injection molding. 【課題】樹脂製のプーリを用いて軽量化を図りつつ、耐久性に優れ、製造コストも低減できるウォータポンププーリユニットを提供する。【解決手段】ウォータポンププーリユニット１は、内輪３および外輪４を有する主軸受２と、外輪４側に固定される樹脂製のプーリ６と、外輪４と回転軸８とを連結する連結部材７とを備え、プーリ６で受ける動力を連結部材７を介して回転軸８側に伝達する外輪回転式のユニットであり、連結部材７は、外輪４とプーリ６との間で該外輪４の外径に固定され、プーリ６は連結部材７を介して外輪４側に固定され、プーリ６は、射出成形により連結部材７に一体に成形されている。【選択図】図１
