Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, at a low cost, a curvy strengthened glass.SOLUTION: The provided method for manufacturing a curvy strengthened glass 1 includes a joining step of forming a glass sheet laminate 6 by laminating and mutually joining multiple glass sheets 4 and 5 and a strengthening step of chemically strengthening the glass sheet laminate 6 based on the ion exchange method. The respective chemically strengthened characteristics of the glass sheets 4 and 5 are different. For this reason, a dimensional variation difference arises in-between the glass sheet 4 and glass sheet 5 due to ion exchange of the strengthening step, resulting in the curvature of the glass sheet laminate 6. 【課題】湾曲した強化ガラスを低コストで製造する。【解決手段】湾曲した強化ガラス1の製造方法は、複数のガラス板4,5を積層して互いに接合し、ガラス板積層体6を形成する接合工程と、ガラス板積層体6をイオン交換法によって化学強化する強化工程とを含む。ガラス板4,5は、互いに化学強化特性が異なる。このため、強化工程において、ガラス板4とガラス板5との間にイオン交換による寸法変化差が生じ、ガラス板積層体6が湾曲する。【選択図】図3
