Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management device, an equipment management method, and a management system that can have reduction effects on the power consumption of equipment while ensuring user's amenity.SOLUTION: A management device 1 includes a storage part 11 which stores a plurality of operation patterns of equipment 2, and a prediction part 12 which predicts an integral value of power consumption of the equipment 2 in a first period in each second period shorter than the first period by using actual result values of the power consumption of the equipment 2 measured by a measuring instrument 3. The management device 1 includes a selection part 13 which selects operation patterns in second period units so that when a predicted value of the prediction part 12 exceeds a first threshold, the rate of excess of the predicted value from the first threshold is equal to or less than a first allowable value. Further, the management device 1 includes a control part 14 which controls the equipment 2 according to the operation patterns selected by the selection part 13. 【課題】ユーザの快適性を確保しつつ機器での消費電力の削減効果が得られる管理装置、機器管理方法、管理システムを提供する。【解決手段】管理装置1は、機器2の運転パターンを複数通り記憶した記憶部11と、計測器3で計測された機器2での消費電力の実績値を用いて、第1の期間における機器2での消費電力の積算値を第1の期間よりも短い第2の期間毎に予測する予測部12とを備えている。管理装置1は、予測部12の予測値が第1の閾値を超える場合に、予測値の第1の閾値からの超過率を第1の許容値以下とするように、第2の期間単位で運転パターンを選択する選択部13を備えている。さらに、管理装置1は、選択部13で選択された運転パターンに従って機器2を制御する制御部14を備えている。【選択図】図1
