PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management device, an equipment management method, and a management system that can have reduction effects on the power consumption of equipment while ensuring user's amenity.SOLUTION: A management device 1 includes a storage part 11 which stores a plurality of operation patterns of equipment 2, and a prediction part 12 which predicts an integral value of power consumption of the equipment 2 in a first period in each second period shorter than the first period by using actual result values of the power consumption of the equipment 2 measured by a measuring instrument 3. The management device 1 includes a selection part 13 which selects operation patterns in second period units so that when a predicted value of the prediction part 12 exceeds a first threshold, the rate of excess of the predicted value from the first threshold is equal to or less than a first allowable value.
