PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail clamp device which can be fixed to a rail in a stable state, a rail fixing method using the rail clamp device, and a rail corrective grinding device.SOLUTION: A rail clamp device includes: a block support part 12 for supporting a pair of side part blocks in a state of having a spacing larger than the width of the head of a rail R; and a first clamp mechanism part 13. A first clamp shaft 132 and a cam 134 are rotated by moving a clamp lever 135 configuring the first clamp mechanism part 13 from a standing state to a falling state, the outer peripheral surface of the cam 134 comes into contact with a head top face of the rail R, respective engaging parts 131a, 131a of lower ends of a pair of clamp arms 131, 131 are engaged with both ends of the bottom of the rail R, and the rail clamp device is fixed at least three points of the head top face of the rail R and both the ends of the bottom of the rail R. 【課題】レールに対して安定した状態で固定することができるレールクランプ装置、そのレールクランプ装置を使用したレール固定方法およびレール削正装置を提供すること。【解決手段】レールクランプ装置は、レールＲの頭部の幅よりも大きな間隔を空けた状態で一対の側部ブロックを支持するブロック支持部１２と、第１クランプ機構部１３を有し、第１クランプ機構部１３を構成するクランプレバー１３５を起立状態から倒伏状態に移動させることにより第１クランプ軸１３２およびカム１３４を回転させて、カム１３４の外周面をレールＲ頭頂面に当接し、かつ、一対の第１クランプアーム１３１，１３１下端部それぞれの係止部１３１ａ，１３１ａをレールＲの底部の両端部それぞれに係止させて、少なくともレールＲの頭頂面とレールＲの底部の両端部の３点で固定する。【選択図】図１１
