Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal member adhesion method which makes it possible to easily suppress variation in a strength of adhesion of an adhesion surface subjected to a polishing treatment, of a metal member even in a work environment in which any work to produce a fire spark is not preferred and it is difficult to maintain a constant humidity and a constant temperature by means of air-conditioning control.SOLUTION: The metal member adhesion method comprises applying an aqueous alcohol solution having a mole fraction of alcohol of 0.1 to 0.8 onto adhesion surfaces subjected to a polishing treatment, of at least the two metal members, and then bringing the adhesion surfaces into contact with each other while allowing an adhesive to interpose between the adhesion surfaces, during a period in which water and alcohol originating from the aqueous alcohol solution remain on the adhesion surfaces. 【課題】火の粉を生じる作業が好ましくなく且つ空調制御により湿度及び温度を一定に保つことが困難である作業環境においても、簡便に、金属部材の研磨処理された接着面の接着強度のバラツキを抑えることのできる金属部材の接着方法を提供すること。【解決手段】少なくとも2つの金属部材の研磨処理された接着面に、アルコールのモル比率が0.1〜0.8であるアルコール水溶液を塗布した後、接着面にアルコール水溶液からのアルコール及び水が残存するうちに、接着面同士を接着剤を介在させて接触させる金属部材の接着方法である。【選択図】なし
