Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus and a control program which can improve image quality of three-dimensional ultrasonic image data.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus has a rotation control section and a transmission/reception control section. The rotation control section rotates a scanning cross-section to be scanned by an ultrasonic probe by rotating a plurality of ultrasonic vibrators which are arranged in a row. When any of a plurality of scanning positions which are set uniformly in a rotation surface where the plurality of ultrasonic vibrators are rotated overlaps with the scanning cross-section in rotation, the transmission/reception control section allows the ultrasonic probe to perform ultrasonic transmission and reception in the scanning position. 【課題】3次元の超音波画像データの画質を向上させることができる超音波診断装置及び制御プログラムを提供すること。【解決手段】実施形態の超音波診断装置は、回転制御部と、送受信制御部とを備える。回転制御部は、一列に配置された複数の超音波振動子を回転させることで、超音波プローブによって走査される走査断面を回転させる。送受信制御部は、前記複数の超音波振動子が回転される回転面に均一に設定された複数の走査位置のいずれかが回転中の走査断面と重なった場合に、当該走査位置での超音波送受信を前記超音波プローブに実行させる。【選択図】図1
