Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitance type sensor sheet that has a high expansion rate, that can follow deformation or movement of a flexible measurement object, that is excellent in durability against expanding/contracting deformation or repeated deformation, and that can be used for measuring a distortion amount of the expanding/contracting deformation and/or distortion distribution of the expanding/contracting deformation.SOLUTION: The capacitance type sensor sheet comprises: a dielectric layer comprising an elastomer composition; a front side electrode layer that is laminated on a front surface of the dielectric layer; and a rear side electrode layer that is laminated on a rear surface of the dielectric layer. The front side electrode layer and the rear side electrode layer are formed of a conductive composition comprising a monolayer carbon nanotube with an average length of 100 μm or longer and an aspect ratio of 1000 or more. The capacitance type sensor sheet is used for measuring the distortion amount of the expanding/contracting deformation and/or the distortion distribution of the expanding/contracting deformation.
【課題】高い伸長率を有し、柔軟な測定対象物の変形や動作に追従することが可能で、かつ伸縮変形や繰り返し変形に対する耐久性に優れ、伸縮変形歪み量及び/又は伸縮変形歪み分布を測定するために用いることができる静電容量型センサシートを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明の静電容量型センサシートは、エラストマー組成物からなる誘電層と、前記誘電層の表面に積層された表側電極層と、前記誘電層の裏面に積層された裏側電極層とを備え、前記表側電極層及び裏側電極層は、平均長さ100μm以上で、かつ、アスペクト比が1000以上の単層カーボンナノチューブを含む導電性組成物からなり、伸縮変形歪み量及び/又は伸縮変形歪み分布を測定するために用いられることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1 |
