PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of an apartment house which can facilitate room allotment of dwelling units while suppressing a twist, and further secures a prospect to improve its merchantability.SOLUTION: A structure of an apartment house includes: wing parts 2 protruding in three directions in a plan view; a plurality of columns 7 arranged as frames at predetermined intervals in outer peripheries of the wing parts 2; first twist suppression columns 9 each provided within at least one inside span from a tip part 5 of the wing part 2, and formed in a larger size than an adjacent column 7; pairs of second twist suppression columns 10 each provided between the first twist suppression columns 9 in a width direction of the wing part 2, arranged at an interval therebetween, and formed in a larger size than the column 7 arranged at the tip part 5 of the wing part 2; and first vibration isolation devices 12 each attached between the pair of second twist suppression columns 10 so as to cross the pair of second twist suppression columns 10. 【課題】捩じれを抑制しつつ、住戸の部屋割りを容易に行うことができ、さらに眺望を確保して商品性を向上できる集合住宅の構造。【解決手段】平面視で三方に突出するウィング部２を備え、該ウィング部２の外周に架構として所定間隔で複数の柱７が配された集合住宅の構造であって、前記ウィング部２の先端部５から少なくとも一つ内側のスパンに設けられ、隣り合う柱７よりも大型に形成される第１捩じれ抑制柱９と、前記ウィング部２の幅方向における前記第１捩じれ抑制柱９の間に設けられ、互いに所定間隔をあけて配され、ウィング部２の先端部５に配される柱７よりも大型に形成される一対の第２捩じれ抑制柱１０と、一対の第２捩じれ抑制柱１０どうしの間に渡るように取り付けられる第１制振装置１２、を備える。【選択図】図１
