Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of industrially producing conjugated Z-alkene-ynyl acetate, such as Z-13-hexadecene-11-ynyl acetate which is a sex pheromone ingredient from Thaumetopoea pityocampa and an intermediate thereof, with high yield under a mild condition.SOLUTION: A production method of conjugated Z-alkene-ynyl acetate (5) comprises at least the steps of: reacting ω-halo-2-alkynal (1) and alkylidene triphenylphosphorane (3) using Wittig reaction, thereby obtaining conjugated Z-alkene-ynyl halide (4); and performing acetoxylation of the obtained conjugated Z-alkene-ynyl halide (4), thereby forming the conjugated Z-alkene-ynyl acetate (5). 【課題】共役Z−アルケンインイルアセテート、例えば、パインプロセッショナリーモスの性フェロモン成分であるZ−13−ヘキサデセン−11−インイルアセテート及びその中間体を穏和な条件下、高収率で工業的に製造する方法を提供する。【解決手段】ω−ハロ−2−アルキナール(1)とアルキリデントリフェニルホスホラン(3)とをウィッティッヒ反応を用いて反応させ、共役Z−アルケンインイルハライド(4)を得るステップと、得られた共役Z−アルケンインイルハライド(4)をアセトキシ化して共役Z−アルケンインイルアセテート(5)を形成するステップを少なくとも含む共役Z−アルケンインイルアセテート(5)の製造方法を提供する。【化1】【選択図】なし
