Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent serviceability and transportation efficiency from deteriorating by eliminating imbalance in users even for a system in which a plurality of elevator cars are arranged, and by responding to user's request of reaching a destination floor quickly.SOLUTION: In an elevator system in which a plurality of elevator cars 1-4 are provided side by side and users ride one of the elevator cars, at least one car out of the plurality of cars is high-speed elevator cars 1, 3 in which a rated speed is increased to a higher speed than that of the elevator cars 2, 4. The high-speed elevator cars 1, 3 are operated at a speed slower than the rated speed as a normal travel condition in a case of normal time, and in a case of a predetermined special travel condition set in advance, they are operated at higher speed than the rated speed of the other elevator cars 2, 4. 【課題】複数台のエレベータ号機が配置されるシステムであっても利用者の偏りを無くし、利用者の要求、早く目的階に到達するに対応して、サービス性及び輸送効率の低下を防ぐ。【解決手段】複数台のエレベータ号機１〜４が併設され、利用者がいずれかのエレベータ号機の乗りかごに乗車するエレベータシステムにおいて、複数台のうち少なくとも１台は他のエレベータ号機２、４より定格速度が高速化された高速エレベータ号機１、３であり、高速エレベータ号機１、３は、通常時の場合、通常走行条件として定格速度より遅い速度で運行され、予め定めた所定の特別走行条件の場合、他のエレベータ号機２、４の定格速度よりも高速で運行される。【選択図】図１
