PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat which includes a head rest composed of two shells arranged so as to face each other and improves the appearance by reducing the space between both shells.SOLUTION: A first shell 11 and a second shell 12 which have stem parts 111 and 121 nearly along the vertical direction and side plate parts 112 and 122 which extend from both sides, in the width direction, of the stem parts 111 and 112 nearly along the cross direction. At least one of the first shell 11 and the second shell 12 is formed so that the angle at which the stem parts 111 and 121 and the side plate parts 112 and 122 meet in a cross section cut with a plane A inclined to the horizontal surface at a specified angle is 90 degree or greater and that the angle at which the stem parts 111 and 121 and the side plate parts 112 and 122 meet in the cross section cut with a horizontal plane L is 90 degree or greater. 【課題】二つのシェルが対向して配置されたヘッドレストを備えた乗り物用シートにおいて、両シェル間の隙間を小さくすることによる見栄えの向上を実現する。【解決手段】第一シェル１１および第二シェル１２は、略上下方向に沿う基部１１１、１２１および当該基部１１１、１２１の幅方向両側から略前後方向に沿って延びる側板部１１２、１２２を有し、第一シェル１１および第二シェル１２の少なくともいずれか一方のシェルは、水平面に対してある所定の角度で傾斜した平面Ａで切断した断面における基部１１１、１２１と側板部１１２、１２２のなす角度が９０度以上となり、かつ、水平面Ｌで切断した断面における基部１１１、１２１と側板部１１２、１２２のなす角度が９０度となるように形成されている。【選択図】図３
