Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid device for actualizing adequate operation control of a rotary electric machine even when there is a change in the gross head of a pipe line system to be connected thereto and a secular change in the resistance of a pipe line.SOLUTION: When a system loss curve (a fluid resistance characteristic line) (S) of the pipe line system is changed into a different curve depending on a change in the gross head of the pipe line and a secular change in the resistance of the pipe line, characteristic line correcting means corrects the system loss curve (S) to create a new system loss curve (So). The creation is carried out by, for example, changing operation points several times and estimating the system loss curve on the basis of data of the operation points and a predetermined pipe line model.
【課題】流体装置において、接続される管路系の総落差の変化や管路抵抗の経年変化があっても、回転電気機械の運転制御を適切にする。【解決手段】管路系のシステムロスカーブ(流動抵抗特性線)(S)が管路の総落差の変化や管路抵抗の経年変化に応じて異なる曲線となった場合に、特性線修正手段はそのシステムロスカーブ(S)を修正し、新たなシステムロスカーブ(So)を作成する。この作成は、例えば、運転点を複数回変更し、それらの運転点のデータと予め定めた管路モデルとに基づいてシステムロスカーブを推定して行う。【選択図】図8 |
