Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor installation type building aseismatic device capable of preventing collapse of a building by absorbing earthquake horizontal force many times, without damaging a structural material of the building such as a wooden house in the present invention.SOLUTION: The outdoor installation type building aseismatic device of the present invention comprises an aseismatic strengthening steel pole 3 for supporting a lower part by an embedded foundation 102 constructed in the ground 103 on the outdoor side of a wooden house 101, arranged by standing in a parallel state to a wall surface of the wooden house 101 and facing an upper part to the outside of a beam part 113 for connecting a first floor column 111 and a second floor column 112 and an earthquake-resistant horizontal force spring elasticity absorbing mechanism part 11 having one end side connected to an upper part of the aseismatic strengthening steel pole 3, having the other end side connected to the beam part 113 via a cushion spring body connector 31 and using a plate spring for absorbing earthquake horizontal force by being elastically displaced in response to the earthquake horizontal force acting via the cushion spring body connector 31 from the beam part 113 when an earthquake occurs. 【課題】本発明は、木造住宅のような建築物の構造材を傷めず何回でも地震水平力を吸収して建築物の倒壊防止を図ることができる屋外設置型の建築物耐震装置を提供するものである。【解決手段】本発明に係る屋外設置型の建築物耐震装置は、木造住宅101の屋外側で地盤103に構築した埋め込み基礎102により下部が支持され、木造住宅101の壁面と平行状態に起立配置し、1階柱111と2階柱112が連結される梁部113の外側方に上部を臨ませた耐震補強鉄柱3と、耐震補強鉄柱3の上部に一端側が連結され、前記梁部113に他端側がクッションバネ体連結具31を介して連結されて、地震発生時、前記梁部113からクッションバネ体連結具31を介して作用する地震水平力に対応して弾性変位し地震水平力を吸収する板バネを用いた耐地震水平力バネ弾性吸収機構部11と、を有する構成としたものである。【選択図】図1
