Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger core temporary assembling device for alternately aligning tubes and fins constituting a heat exchanger core, capable of reducing tact time.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger core temporary assembling device 1 comprises: a tube transport mechanism 20 transporting a plurality of tubes 2 at certain intervals; a fin tray 30 arranged either above or laterally to the plurality of tubes 2 and including a plurality of slots 32 capable of containing fins 3 by the number equal to or larger than a total number of fins 3 used for the heat exchanger core at the certain intervals; a fin feeder 40 supplying the plurality of slots 32 to the fins 3; and a shutter 33 which, with the fins 3 by the number equal to the total number of fins 3 used for the heat exchanger core contained in the fin tray 30 and with these fins 3 and gaps between the tubes 2 being aligned, causes these fins 3 to exit from the plurality of slots 32 and simultaneously inserts the fins 3 into the gaps between the tubes 2.
【課題】熱交換器コアを構成するチューブとフィンとを交互に整列させる熱交換器コアの仮組装置において、タクトタイムを短縮する。【解決手段】熱交換器コアの仮組装置1は、複数のチューブ2を一定間隔で搬送するチューブ搬送機構20と、チューブ搬送機構20によって搬送される複数のチューブ2の上方又は側方に配置され、熱交換器コアで使用されるフィン3の総数以上のフィン3を前記一定間隔を空けて収容することができる複数のスロット32を備えたフィントレイ30と、複数のスロット32にフィン3を供給するフィンフィーダ40と、フィントレイ30に熱交換器コアで使用されるフィン3の総数と同数のフィン3が収容され、かつ、これらのフィン3とチューブ2間の隙間とが整列した状態で、これらフィン3を複数のスロット32から退出させ、チューブ2間の隙間に同時に挿入するシャッタ33を備える。【選択図】図1 |
