Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer ceramic capacitor capable of suppressing generation of a crack.SOLUTION: A multilayer ceramic capacitor 1B includes: a lamination part 10; a first and a second outer layer part 6b1, 6b2 in a thickness direction; and a first and a second outer layer part 8b1, 8b2 in a width direction. A thickness t2 of the second outer layer part 6b2 in the thickness direction is larger than a thickness t1 of the second outer layer part 6b1 in the thickness direction. The second outer layer part 6b2 in the thickness direction includes an inner layer 6b21 and an outer layer 6b22. A ceramic dielectric layer 9 of the outer layer 6b22 has a composition ratio of Si to Ti higher than that of a ceramic dielectric layer 3 of the inner layer 6b21. The outer layer 6b22 has high Si percentage content at a boundary P1 with the inner layer 6b21. A thickness T1 of the lamination part 10 is larger than a width W1 of the lamination part 10. Widths w1, w2 of a first outer layer part 8b1 in a width direction and a second outer layer part 8b2 in a width direction are larger than a thickness t1 of the outer layer part 6b1 in the thickness direction. 【課題】クラックの発生が抑制できる積層セラミックコンデンサを提供する。【解決手段】積層セラミックコンデンサ1Bは、積層部10と、厚み方向第1および第2外層部6b1,6b2と、幅方向第1および第2外層部8b1,8b2とを含む。厚み方向第2外層部6b2の厚み寸法t2は、厚み方向第1外層部6b1の厚み寸法t1よりも大きく、厚み方向第2外層部6b2は、内側層6b21と外側層6b22とを含む。外側層6b22のセラミック誘電体層9は、内側層6b21のセラミック誘電体層3よりもTiに対するSiの組成比が高く、外側層6b22は、内側層6b21との境界部P1においてSiの含有率が高い。積層部10の厚み寸法T1は、積層部10の幅寸法W1よりも大きく、幅方向第1外層部8b1および幅方向第2外層部8b2の幅寸法w1,w2は、厚み方向第1外層部6b1の厚み寸法t1よりも大きい。【選択図】図15
